Does my monthly payment become treatment credit?
Yes. Each successfully processed membership payment adds an equal amount of nonrefundable treatment credit to your Body Art Rejuvenation account.
Does my unused credit expire?
Valid unused treatment credit remains available in your account indefinitely until it is used.
What happens to my credit if I cancel?
Valid unused credit already added to your account remains available. However, exclusive member pricing, product discounts and complimentary consultations end when the membership becomes inactive. Future treatments are then charged at the regular price.
Can I use my credit for any treatment?
Your credit may be applied toward eligible treatments and services, subject to consultation, provider approval, availability and clinical eligibility.
Do members still need to pay an appointment deposit?
When the available account credit is sufficient to cover the required treatment deposit, an additional deposit is not required. When the available credit is insufficient, the member pays the remaining difference.
Is there a minimum commitment?
BAR Glow Elite requires a minimum of two consecutive monthly payments. After that commitment is completed, the membership continues month to month until properly canceled.
When is the monthly payment collected?
The initial payment is collected at enrollment. Recurring payments are collected on the 15th of each month according to the membership agreement
