Deposit & Cancelation Policy

At Body Art Rejuvenation, we are committed to providing exceptional care and service to our clients. To ensure efficient operation and availability, we have established the following deposit and cancellation policies. These policies help us better serve you by allowing us to maintain a schedule that accommodates all our clients' needs effectively.

Deposit Requirements

A non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your appointment. This deposit is credited towards the total cost of your service upon completion. Below are the deposit requirements based on the type of service:

  • Facial Treatments: A deposit of $50 is required to secure your appointment.

  • Injectable Treatments: A deposit of $100 is necessary due to the extensive preparation needed for these services.

  • Sculptra Treatments: Given the unique nature of Sculptra treatments, which involve pre-procedure preparation of the product, a deposit amounting to 50% of the total treatment cost is required. This policy is in place because the product, once prepared, cannot be stored or reused, resulting in a loss if the appointment is missed.

  • Consultation Fee: $50 (non-refundable)
    If you choose to proceed with treatment, your consultation fee will be applied toward the cost of your procedure—only if booked within 7 days of your consultation. After this period, the credit will no longer be applicable.

Cancellation and No-Show Policy

We respectfully request that all cancellations or rescheduling be made at least 24 hours in advance. Our policies regarding cancellations and no-shows are as follows:

  • General Appointments: A cancellation fee of $50 will be charged for no-shows or for cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment.

  • Sculptra Treatments: In the event of a no-show or cancellation not made within the required time, the full deposit for the Sculptra treatment will be forfeited.

These policies are in place to ensure that we can allocate time and resources efficiently, thus respecting both our clients' and our practitioners' time. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.

NON-REFUND POLICY:

General Statement

Body Art Rejuvenation, a Florida-based medical aesthetics practice, operates under strict ethical and legal guidelines to ensure the safety, satisfaction, and informed consent of all clients. By booking and/or purchasing any service, procedure, treatment package, membership, or product from Body Art Rejuvenation, you ("Client") agree to the terms outlined in this Non-Refund Policy.

1. NO REFUND POLICY ON SERVICES

All payments made for services, whether rendered or not, are non-refundable. This includes but is not limited to:

  • Injectable procedures (e.g., Botox, Dysport, Dermal Fillers, Sculptra)

  • Laser treatments (e.g., Fotona 4D, SmoothEye, LipLase)

  • Morpheus8 treatments

  • Skincare services (e.g., facials, microneedling, chemical peels)

  • Wellness injections or IV therapy

  • Consultation fees

  • Prepaid packages or bundled services

Due to the medical and aesthetic nature of our treatments, results may vary from person to person. Client dissatisfaction with outcomes, side effects, or personal expectations does not qualify for a refund.

2. PACKAGES & PREPAID SERVICES

All prepaid packages are final sale and non-transferable.

If a Client is unable to complete a treatment series due to medical or personal emergency, a case-by-case evaluation will be conducted. At management’s sole discretion, a credit may be issued to the Client’s account for use toward other services. This credit will reflect the prorated value of unused sessions, minus any administrative or processing fees. Under no circumstances will cash, card, or check refunds be issued.

To request such consideration, documentation may be required (e.g., physician’s letter, emergency notice).

3. PRODUCT SALES

All sales of skincare products (including SkinCeuticals) or retail items are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges once products have been opened, used, or removed from the premises, unless:

  • The product was visibly defective or damaged at the time of sale

  • The product is recalled by the manufacturer

  • The return is requested in writing within 7 days of purchase and approved in writing by management

Approved product returns may be exchanged or issued as store credit only.

4. GIFT CARDS

Gift cards are non-refundable and may not be redeemed for cash, except where required by law. Gift cards may be used only for services or products available at Body Art Rejuvenation. Lost or stolen cards will not be replaced.

5. APPOINTMENTS & DEPOSITS

Appointments may require a non-refundable deposit to secure the time slot, which will be applied to the total cost of the service. Missed appointments, no-shows, or late cancellations may result in loss of deposit or full service charges per our cancellation policy.

 

6. CHARGEBACKS AND DISPUTES

Any attempt to dispute or reverse a valid transaction (chargeback) without adhering to our cancellation and refund terms will be considered a breach of this agreement. We reserve the right to challenge such disputes and seek reimbursement through all legal remedies available under Florida law, including but not limited to attorney fees and collection costs.

 

7. INFORMED CONSENT

Clients are required to sign informed consent forms before all procedures. Signing the consent confirms that the Client understands the nature of the service, including possible risks, expected results, and post-treatment care. Signing also acknowledges acceptance of this Non-Refund Policy.

 

8. FLORIDA LAW COMPLIANCE

This policy is in compliance with Chapter 501 (Consumer Protection) and Chapter 817 (Fraudulent Practices) of the Florida Statutes. As a provider of elective cosmetic procedures, Body Art Rejuvenation operates under a “no refund unless legally mandated” policy. Exceptions are made only where prohibited by law.

10. MODIFICATION OF POLICY

ACKNOWLEDGEMENT

By purchasing, booking, or undergoing treatment at Body Art Rejuvenation, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to this Non-Refund Policy in its entirety.
